This was a digital marketing company which I had reached out to wanting to learn a bit more about their services. I was doing quite intensive research into several highly recommended companies and looking at several criteria to determine the best overall value, responsiveness of their support, whether they guaranteed their work and quite a lot more. I instantly appreciated their branding. Relevance is a key term in the digital marketing world and pretty much tells me that this company understands this at the core. Quality and authority are the essential aspects in my opinion but either matter if the approach is not relevant. It is the core of keyword research, ppc management, content marketing, social media marketing as well as analytic reporting so I appreciated it. The company is accredited in the Better Business Bureau which goes a long way in my opinion in terms of offering transparency into how the company operates so that was great to see. It appears the owner of the company had industry related speaking engagement experience which helps verify authority in their industry from a prospects point of view.

They appeared to have deserted their content marketing approach in 2013 according to their blog's latest update which as a first impression doesn't boost their credibility in terms of sharing current industry knowledge up front for prospects or leading by example. There were no testimonials nor case studies for their marketing campaigns that I could see either though I was able to find some positive reviews elsewhere online otheriwse. Nor Google Partnership certification which I appreciate in a PPC provider which would help facilitate trust in prospects as well in my opinion, as we were actually looking for this service as well at the time.

I reached out to learn to their pricing and to learn more about their current level of search engine optimization knowledge in particular. I liked that they are top rated in the BBB this speaks well of their integrity and honest dealings enough that I was glad to look beyond the curious lack of client testimonials and case studies on their site currently. Unfortunately I don't believe this company responded to my request for more information. Although there were three messages I mistakenly removed while learning my new smartphone around this time then I apologize. Though when searching my email I was unable to find anything from this company either so we went in another direction for our business. That being said there were no major red flags about this company and the reviews I found online were positive. I believe they are worth connecting with in order to learn more about their services for your business.
