There are a couple of reasons to recommend and keep using the Keynote for Mac including innovative technology, advanced features, eye-catching user interface, customizable templates, great integration with OS X, very good transition and animations. Keynote has a reasonable customer and technical service. Keynote has one of the best user interfaces. Keynote can easily export to Youtube, Vimeo and others.

Keynote could include a better reporting and exporting feature. Keynote has the ability in prior versions to apply the same transition effects on all slides. I would like to see a detailed video tutorial for some advanced capabilities offered on Keynote. In general, the features and performance of the Keynote are satisfying. Keynote is priced reasonably if we consider other providers who are delivering similar software with comparable capabilities.

The customer and technical support service by Keynote as mentioned above is quite good with high responsiveness and insightful replies from the technical support team. There are not much to complain about Keynote. I would definitely recommend including Keynote over software like Powerpoint and Dragon to companies seeking for an affordable solution.
