I have clients where it the company is just one person. He is an independent sales person for different brands. One client is in property management and he has been using our product right from the beginning and his business is growing. So it is not the size that is important but the needs for tracking client contacts, recording communication and ensuring client follow-up. If you plan to grow then a CRM will be needed to control access to client information when you have multiple people need access to this information.
