Kaseya IT Automation

Kaseya does a very nice job in remote monitoring. We are using it to monitor many of our remote branch sites. This is also useful for Microsoft License Management to some extent. Additionally, we can also remotely access the server thru VNC as needed. The access controls are also intuitive so I can give certain IT people access to just their servers.

I think it will be great if they will include drag and drop controls so I can copy files back and forth. We also have noticed some issues with remote connection. The session time out is also way too short and I have to log in too frequently because of that.

I suggest that you take a look at this one for remote administration. If you have a business with many satellite offices, this has a nice dashboard interface that has the ability to do the most basic administration. We have drastically improved our customer service and proactive support because of Kaseya.
