This project management software tool is quite unique in its features. Their free forever plan has a lot of value which I appreciate such as it's integration with Google Drive and Google Calendar. Its permissions allow for sharing files in collaboration with your team or third parties. You're able to tag text and color code backgrounds as well as utilize rich editing features to update text, add comments or add attachments. You can enable email notifications while changes occur in real time. There is an activity feed which keeps your team on track. The information cards can be filtered as well according to the due date or natural order. You can create multiple dashboards and export data from each to CSV. The user interface as a first impression seems slightly overwhelming in terms of what is possible. But once you spend about five minutes with it after clicking everything just once it becomes very clear how highly visual and incredibly intuitive it is to start using immediately.

Like many others, it's quite challenging to find fault in the software itself especially considering the free forever plan contains so much value. Perhaps there could be more integrations possible as from what I can tell it does not currently do so with any others besides Google Drive and Calendar, where the other I am considering which is very similar in terms of task and project management does so with Slack, Evernote, Evernote, GitHub, MailChimp, SalesForce and quite a few more for less per user, per month.

This software was exceptionally well designed to help you gather data, plan activities based around tasks or entire projects and collaborate with your team very easily. I was a fan of another similar project manager and was honestly about to begin utilizing for a new project ,however, having discovered this software which integrates with Google Drive and Calendar so easily makes it a difficult choice. Considering the other has more integrations possible even though they are paid would be best for our long term growth. However having Google Calendar integration in the free version of this makes it more of a sales tool than the other in the free version. Either way, we cannot go wrong. This is a great tool and I'm thankful to have learned of it and regardless of the choice I will make this one certainly deserves my recommendation.
