I like the ease of use, the ability for the end users to install across multi-platform. The custom URL for paid subscriptions is great. The ability to record the conference has been a real help for our sales team as well. It allows them to go back and review for follow up. From the IT Department standpoint the ability to install via .msi file is a great tool.

Figuring out how to schedule the meeting took a few more minutes than originally desired. There are a lot of field options showing for your meeting, which can be distracting when all you want is a number and link to share via a custom email invite on your company calendar rather than the auto-generated one from Join.me.

Definitely the easiest solution for simple screen sharing. It seems to always take a long time to connect with other web conferencing. Perhaps they have other benefits but join.me is by far the simplest the share screens quickly. You can get started in 30 seconds, definitely worth checking it out to see if it meets your needs.
