Jobvite

Jobvite makes it easy to send links of job descriptions, post open requisitions, and organize open roles. I loved the reporting feature and ease of searching for past candidates. I like the clean layout, ease of use, speed and ability to collaborate. Jobvite is used by my entire company to share jobs, interview candidates, and hire quickly. I was able to set up the product in one day, trained the next and was up and running the third.

There are many times that Jobvite spontaneously freezes and you need to "x" out and reenter the site. The user interface is just OK. When upgrading to the newest version, we realized that agency recruiters were able to view salary requirements and this was NOT ok. It has been several months and we still do not have the upgraded software yet.

Jobvite cares about the needs of the customers, recruiters, and job seekers in the world. They are one of the best in the market because their success in based on your success using their product. They're always looking to improve. Map out implementation carefully. Work with your internal Technical resources before implementation to get expectations prior to getting started.
