JobVite is an online software as a service which helps you recruit talent via social channels and track applicants from a centralized dashboard. Everything is designed to help you set and forget about your advertising once it's setup. And though I've not had a reason to contact support as of yet but I've read many times that customer support is great and is one of the reasons that drew me to it. The recruiter customer relationship management component component is quite strong. You're able to have a better level of organization than with older methods. Jobvite makes it so much easier to search through applicants and gather them into the software and finally to engage them so you're always facilitating and cultivating relationships with the talent. You can brand the career page which is important for this type of software and you can share job openings easily on social media networks. The overall transparency with which the recruiting process takes place is really great. It's a quick and painless process with JobVite to manage to whole hiring process. The features are robust with a good amount of automation which is a huge time saver. You're able to leverage this automation to save a lot of time. The promotional and tracking possible from your account provide critical functionality which empowers employees and facilitates real time conversations so there can be instant answers to questions and great support. JobVite is user friendly. The layout is easy to understand and begin using quickly. The reports tab has a lot of customization while it is easy to use. So are the candidates and requisitions tabs. Anyways there are a good amount of training resources available by the company to help you have the most bespoke setup for you. The learning curve when training others how to use the software would be minimal too which is great you can bring people on to use the system within a day or a couple days at most and not have to invest in significant time based training. I like that referrals for individual employees is very easy to track and that you can setup recurring social media posts too.

While the UI is relatively easy to understand and to utilize all of the functionality there's a lot of it to learn. So while the complexity is not a deterrent in anyway there is some due diligence to do when anyone begins to use the software. It simply takes some time to truly become familiar with all of the features and functionality. It would be cool to have a single profile page available for each candidate with everything you have on them available at a single glance but I've read this is currently in development. I'm new to the software but I've read it's challenging to go back and make significant changes so it's important to put good thought into how you want your candidates and jobs to be setup. A conversation with their team is useful just to get that expert feedback that will make your life easier. This effort early on will help the reporting to be easier and more accurate down the road.

JobVite is a big time saver and brings together several processes into one which separately or manually used to take so much longer to setup, manage and track than what is possible by using this software. The user interface is easy to use and the automation for promoting your jobs on career boards which are free is able to take a work load off of recruiters. It's nice and easy to post from LinkedIn too which is great because of the valuable talent you can find there. And the social media tools available like the ability to send JobVites and broadcast openings is awesome. These are all things which weren't possible in the industry but nowadays it incredible how easy it is. JobVites helps you combines multiple jobs into one. The recruiting and scheduling and a lot of administrative functionality are possible from your account.
