Jobscience is by far the most thought-out, feature-packed, sophisticated management app I have ever used! Not only can you customize it endlessly to meet your needs (and your growing and changing needs), it has so many options that I doubt there is any business that won't find help from this program. Also, as we were already used to with Salesforce, it doesn't hurt that it is built on Salesforce... I can only say good things about this program. It is top-knotch!

Jobscience is the kind of program that can make your head ache... Unless there wouldn't be an helpful staff behind the program to help you with your customization, you'd just get lost (or unless you are a very very experienced HR manager with background using Salesforce). For me, at first it was very new and unfamiliar to manage with Jobscience - there are so many options that it can be overwhelming!

Jobscience is the kind of program you go for and stick with! Though at first it is a bit overwhelming thanks to being so feature packed, once you get used to it, you won't want to try out anything else. It's customization options make it personal and you always have a skillful customer service helping you with any questions. Truly remarkable!
