JobDiva is yet another applicant tracking softwarre. It is quite easy to use recruiting platform. It has simple and intuitive user interface. It has mobile application for iPad. It is quite useful in tracking candidates. It features an easy to use tool. It has quite good documentation. It has mobile application but still not perfect mobile application.

The mobile application can be little bit confusing since it bugs a lot. It can be bit difficult to use the software. The platform runs slowly at some times especially. It can be hard to navigate candidate profiles when searching by name. Sometimes Jobdiva's search functionality is not so accurate and bit confusing. I dislike the fact that you need sometimes to search manually.

Jobdiva has an excellent way to manage interviews and put on the Jobdiva calendar. The customer service is quite good and they are responsive and ready to help with any issue. Jobdiva helps a lot and can make daily workflow easier. Jobdiva could be more improved to be more intuitive and user friendly. It is quite comparable to business standard solutions.
