What was the best part about using JobAdder?

JobAdder is indeed amongst the best of the CRMs which is available these days. The price of the software is affordable. The candidate application tracking and the recruitment efficiency of JobAdder are excellent. Online recruitment and hiring can also be done with it. The software can also be customized according to your need. It's a very easy to use software which also makes it efficient for new users. If you have any problems, queries or issues regarding the software, you can contact the support team which usually respond within 24 hours. A very good point is that you can use it on many devices like laptops, tablets and mobiles.

What would you change about your experience with JobAdder?

Though JobAdder is really good software when compared to other CRMs, but the working of the software should be improved by the developers. In peak hours of working, the software works very slow due to heavy loads. A free trial should be provided so that new users should be able to know about the features and uses of the software before making a decision to buy it. Features like importing contacts from Skype and LinkedIn should also be available. According to me, it's not that much useful for large scale industries, though it's a very useful program for small scale industries. While using it on the mobile application, one has to keep patience as it's very slow on it, this should be fixed.

Overall Feedback

Overall JobAdder is a very useful software for recruitment and hiring purposes. Despite few drawbacks such as slow on the mobile application, heavy loads and not so useful for large scale industries, I will highly recommend it as it helps a lot in the hiring process, application tracking and recruitment of new employees. You never have to worry about any issues as you can always get through them with the help of highly responsive support system. What more you can get in a CRM at such an affordable price. You should for sure give it a try once and for sure you are going to find it very useful.
