Jive

Collaboration of employees and engaging the employees by providing them activities in a time span is possible by Jive. Collaboration between employees is necessary if two teams for same projects are working so far that they cannot communicate easily, Jive provides them ease of collaboration and helps in employees engagement system.

Less reliability is the issue with tricky costs. People feel the difference between software in market and relate the costs too, Jive is costed highly and have the less reliable environment for larger companies, only medium size companies specially can take benefit of this tool. Its cost is bigger issue of switching the users to other application for employee engagement programs.

Jive facilitate the employee engagement system with collaboration and issues resolving capacity. Jive is good at some extent but no so much powerful for larger organization as it will not give so reliable results that are being expected by the clients/users from Jive. I was using it for my small sized organization and found it almost good and beneficial for easy connection and maintain the employee relationship in teams works.
