Jive Hosted VoIP

Jive Hosted VOIP is a cloud hosted communications platform which enables you to have voice and other communications tools available for your team at a relatively lower cost compared to local land lines. To be honest I have just reviewed their demo and material thoroughly, though I have experience with VOIP hands on as a long time Twilio user currently looking at all of my options. I like the call tree map feature and the drag and drop technology. Having drag and drop in any software makes it much more enjoyable to use. Less clicks and manual entry is a great thing. The entire user interface seems well setup. Easy to learn and begin using immediately which is great. The menus and features are easy to navigate. The account is easy to setup so that's all good. PBX and VOIP is really easy to setup and get using. So Jive is a good option it seems in that you can get started very quickly which is good for speed to market. I like the user interface and drag and drop technology this is great and very easy to use. My favorite in fact when it comes to having a software be enjoyable at all so this feature may make more of a difference to your opinion than others. I've had no reason to call customer support but I have read positive things just about across the board which is part of what drew me into learn more. Though anything less than superior live chat, email and phone support is one way to differentiate companies certainly and I would put this to the test during my more intensive round of research into the best VOIP for our company long term. There are several other features which make this a well rounded VOIP service. The custom prompts and time based routing are strong features. The ability to connect multiple people and send a message to an entire group is cool. I like that you can transfer calls to voice mail and listen to your messages on your smartphone as well and not just online. This sort of platform enables you to utilize remote agents, reps and techs who work remotely or from home which is awesome. That is definitely a plus having VOIP be mobile is a nice option. You can also get voicemails to your email and there is decent call recording and analytics available as well. The great thing about eavesdrop and call recording is being able to train your reps and agents with constructive feedback. I have used this to help improve my team and it's very powerful.

I like that they have quite a lot of value in their offer and that you can utilize multiple communications tools in your account and the pricing is relatively fair but it may be even more cost effective for the end user with modular based inexpensive cost per voip line and per minute based on current cloud pricing for VOIP by other offers in the market. I pay one dollar per month per phone line using Twilio and get dozens of calls per month. The cost per minute is far less than a penny. My monthly bill for about fifty to seventy five incoming calls which last a few minutes each is under five dollars. I also have multiple lines and multiple voice messages with other options enabled which I was able to setup myself one morning. While there are a ton of features I have not yet utilized. So twenty to thirty dollars per month is a lot though it does cover more than a simple phone line I understand that but so far I am not seeing mind blowing reasons this service is different than the rest enough to justify the difference in pricing.

This is a very flexible VOIP solution in that you can basic plugin to the internet and get going right away. I like that you can create extensions for users easily as well as dial plans. The dial plan editor is great and very interactive which helps you to learn everything you need to best I would say quite quickly. You can make a lot of configuration and customization changes in your account easily which is great. The flexibility of Jive is certainly one of the best aspects of about it. If you have a business which is seasonal or has a lot of product launches or multiple clients to service this is going to be a good option. It's not the most cost effective option available but the drag and drop technology and the interactive visual dial plan editor are a couple of features which makes this platform worth a closer look certainly.
