JitterBit is an easy to use and comprehensive business process management software. JitterBit has a nice and clean user interface and it can be setup seamlessly without any assistance. JitterBit has a lot of useful features and tips to exploit. JitterBit software is priced reasonably and it can be integrated easily into the usual business workflow. JitterBit features drag-and-drop capability which makes a tool for anyone. JitterBit is able to integrate with many business platforms including SalesForce. Schedules are easily setup on JitterBit dashboard.

It can be bit awkward experience and even hard to find entries on JitterBit, and I would like to see improvement of the overall interface to make it more smooth. The overall experience with JitterBit is positive and it is running smoothly without any stability issue. JitterBit has also to improve insertion to SQL since I didn't like to enter manually every row.

JitterBit customer and technical service are acceptable and the staff representatives are quite nice and helpful. I would recommend to opt for the free trial version and compare JitterBit to other solutions available. JitterBit business process management software capabilities can be extended through programming and plugins. Permissions are handled on JitterBit quite well.
