Jira offers a project management tool. It is primarily designed for software development teams. It has a nice and clean user interface. Jira comes with lot of documentation and video training. Jira has a fuly functional trial version which is quite nice. Their dashboard is customizable with couple of widgets. It is quite easy to setup and use. For large installation Jira Service Desk has a bulk user importer features to extract information from CSV files .

Atlassian cloud does not support multiple separate domains or even subdomains. It also doesn't support domain aliases in Google Apps. If you already use Google Apps then users from primary domain are synced to Atlassian cloud. It doesn't offer an integrated knowledgebase. Other than that Jira is quite powerful and useful tool for bug tracking and development .

Jira is quite powerfull dashboard for development. It is fully features in a decent price. It lags some features. It doesn't have social media capability which is quite limiting sometimes. Jira can be used as issue tracking tool, bug tracking . HappyFox is prettier tool than Jira for example when it comes to UX and UI.
