One thing you will like about JIRA is, it is a web-based software which is very accessible for a task managing software. It has customizable fields for users to be comfortable with their workspace, it is flexible, and most importantly, it manages and track the tasks very well. It has useful tools with great functionalities for a perfect task manager.

Some plugins or the software itself does not offer free of charge. You are still require to pay for some features you want to use. You may find it not easy to use as it has a lot of buttons out of the box, that can confuse people that are just starting out. Other problems are just minor bugs like its responsiveness in mobile phones but those are encountered in rare occasions especially with a great technical team.

Overall, JIRA is a software that gives you comfortability and at the same time great work result. It has features that are useful, like it almost has a complete features but some of them are not free. It still needs some tweaking but it is not a problem since they have the most experienced technical and support team. It is a great software to use especially for a task manager that offers a lot of functionalities.
