Jaspersoft from Tibco is a very good business intelligence tool. It is a powerful and very efficient tool that you may implement into your business. It has a very good OLAP reporting functionality . Jaspersoft is easy to use and setup. It is able to process large data without a lot of troubles. It works perfectly for marketing analysts since it generates insightful reports and charts.

The user interface can be confusing for some users and the dashboard is not so nice by my opinion. Jaspersoft has to work more to provide better user interface. The customer service is available and responsive although, it takes time to get viable and helpful answers from the staff.Jaspersoft is comparable to ReportServer and many other Profesional bi solution .

Jaspersoft has a good ad-hoc tool. If you need extra help you can head to the community forums where experienced people can be found easily. Jaspersoft has plenty of useful features and it is a complete bi solution . Overall, Jaspersoft is a solid business intelligence software but they need to deliver more simple and clean user interface. The software is affordable to any kind of business. Since it is an open source project , the pricing is very good .
