Through its valuable features most of our in-office operations are so much more streamline and we have been able to remove redundant tasks and eliminate costly paperwork. iTravel lets us create any travel product that we want to sell while writing a proper description for each. We can also include price lists and all the most updated photos so that customers can make an informed decision about their trip. If we want to offer a discount or special promo, iTravel software makes it easy to do so. When we are done creating content of travel products to sell, I can easily publish it to the internet in order to attract more customers. One of the great things about iTravel is that it also comes with a feature that lets us work with wholesalers or resellers, one of the tasks that actually consumed too much of our time in the past. B2C and B2B business processes are much more efficient thanks to iTravel.

While in terms of the service and functionality there is nothing to complain about, I think it would be good if iTravel updated their interface to make it more modern and appealing. We spend most of the day working on the software, so it would be nice if the developers would also adjust the aesthetics. Aside from that, iTravel is still an excellent software and would recommend to all travel agencies to use it.

iTravel is very useful for all travel agency businesses. You can easily organize tools and focus on the selling because the software takes care of the important data, transactions, and sales. It frees up so much of your time because of all its beneficial features; it even calculates selling prices for business owners as well as a margin. Currently, very few travel software programs can come close to what iTravel is doing and I think it will stay that way for a long time.
