The best part: iSYNERGY is a software very easy to set up and very intuitive to figure out. You can set up multiple run charts in the same view. Also, you can monitor several different specifications simultaneously. You can make changes quickly, archive old information or add new information in minutes. And that is great because frecuently in an office you need to work under pressure, and time is gold!

In this case I think that the worst part about using iSYNERGY is that when you are correcting misentered data, you can't select multiple entries unless they are sequential. So, this can take a bit longer when you are correcting data entry typos. This is the only think that I find bad.

I think this is a solid and integrated software solution. Evaluate it and give it a try. You will not be sorry. It includes very nice features: ease of use, file setup, ability to download pictures, video, and docs within a file. Just what you need in your office. If you have minimal computer skills or SPC knowledge, you are going to feel fine thanks to the easy of the software use.
