The best part about this ISSUETRAK software is its installation and implementation. The instructions and guidelines are easy to follow and the setup is quick. Whenever there is something that we do not understand the support team are eager to answer our questions and resolve the issue quickly which is a great heads-up.

The part that I dislike with this product is how the reports user-interface is complicated to see. For short it is not that user-friendly. Moreover, the system is a bit slow when it comes to generation of emails. Still needs some polishing to do in the software but still the product is still usable.

The overall comment for this product is still great. Just use their services that are free and check if it’s worth and well-matched with your company. I also like that it is affordable especially the cloud hosting. Moreover, even though it still needs furnishing, it is still essential in the market.
