What was the best part about using ISS 24/7 Incident Management System (IMS)?

This system allows for one to schedule an alert to several people when an incident occurs, a location or a trend that is spotted. It also displays protocols that are displayed by incident type, this enables the users to know exactly what to do. It also customizes the way you filter information.

What would you change about your experience with ISS 24/7 Incident Management System (IMS)?

The system does not have a freeware version, users have to purchase the whole system. It has not been adopted in many companies yet, the actual users have not reported any major issues with the system. Apart from its expensive purchase cost, the system works well in any setup.

Overall Feedback

This is a user friendly Incident Management System which provides the users an easy setup and adoption by all the users in the company. It is so easy to navigate through it that any one who is being introduced to the company can immediately use it.
