Yes, IPHost Network Monitor is suitable for a user with limited or low bandwidth. Remote network agents can also be used in such environment. If you need to use HTTP(S) or Web transaction monitors it depends on a size of monitored pages and polling intervals. It is recommended to use larger polling intervals for HTTP(S) monitors and use PING monitors with smaller polling intervals where it is possible if a user has limited or low bandwidth.
