iPartner Product Suite

iProduct Suite is actually made of many modules which altogether make for a feature-rich suite. Some worthwhile features are for example online publication creation, analytics and its’ media manager that enables to easily view the publications. Thanks to the rather extensive functionality, it is no doubt it could be the right solution if you are looking for something immensely capable for online publications.

What bothers me the most about the software is not the modules, but the so-called backend of the product, meaning the support system. Understandably, there are many things to learn at first but unfortunately there is no proper support or guidelines availabe for using the tool, therefore you might end up in a solution where you are stuck with a worry or a question but have no clue how to solve it.

There are some pdf-s available with product info but in the end nothing beats in-person training - therefore I find this to be their biggest lack. The software isn't very cheap either nor is there a free trial, so in my opinion it might not be the right tool for smaller companies.
