In my perspective, this has the best call tracking platforms that go with an ease of use to its basic tools that are a great help integrating immediately to many marketing companies and allows you to perform such strategies which are great. This also comes with a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful customer support which is always there to solve your inquiries and problems when it strikes. Another thing is their Call Intelligence platform which allows the marketers to get granular campaign attribution to have a better understanding of the reason behind each customer's call, allows you to analyze what the person behind is talking about and a background knowledge about who the person you are talking with. It is also capable of generating in-depth reports which are also a great advantage.

Some of my concerns are the call quality, difficulty understanding some procedures because of the lack of information, bugs and there have even limitations. The call quality is not that good results in some delay calls. Although they have an amazing customer service that explains everything throughout every step, some information may not be understandable and needs further explanation. But it's good to know that they are working on the improvements. I just hope for an update as soon as possible. And another thing, their Premium plan is very expensive.
