What impressed me most about using this service is the wide range of options that it offers. We are able to use many strategies to manage our call tracking so we're not limited to a single way of doing things. This technology is far better than the others that our company has used in the past- it allows us to optimize our efforts and time so it goes further and requires less work. The system is very user friendly, which is important for small businesses like ours. We can't afford to hire lots of extra people to manage these systems for us, so we needed a system that was easy enough for our current staff to use. All of us are able to access and use the data easily. Their customer service is excellent. Whenever we have had problems, their team was ready and willing to help. They worked with us on pricing and services to help us find the best value for our money, which was greatly appreciated. We also liked that implementation and tagging were easy to do.

There are a few limitations and bugs, but their team is constantly working to fix and adjust them as they become aware of them. They have regular product updates that address these issues as well as adding new features. I would like to see a Bing Call extension data section become available, and more consistency in attribution would be nice. However, they seem to be on top of things and these are not deal breakers for me. The rest of the service is spectacular, so a few minor annoyance aren't enough to deter me- especially given the excellent pricing we received.

Overall, we were very impressed with the quality of the system and especially with the customer service. Although there are a few minor limitations, the system is more than enough to manage almost any call tracking needs. Even small businesses can afford to use these services, and that is a major selling point for me. I highly recommend trying Invoca.
