What was the best part about using Invoca?

Invoca claims that they help marketing agents to optimize phone call which is the basic step every marketer is doing. So I would say Invoca Call Intelligence platform can help you get granular information and understand why your company's customers call. Invoca offers a leading technology of the industry, so if you get sales out of calls then Invoca solution would be very helpful and crucial for long term success. They have got great sales and support teams. They are always responsive and they can extend their time to help every customer properly. They have option to record inbound calls which could be very helpful to improve customer service and provide better information and insight about your customers. They also offer analytical features like lead sources, search engine info, and much more. Invoca can integrate directly with Hubspot and Salesforce. So it can be very useful for both sales team and marketing team.

What would you change about your experience with Invoca?

Many would suggest for Invoca call intelligence to work on the outbound solution as that could help many. The User interface isn't helpful for everyone, so you can have problems using it especially when their platform start suggesting unwanted things. So there are not much to dislike about this company.
