Invoca

Invoca is certainly one of the best call tracking platforms around. The system is extremely user friendly and customer support is always around to help you with whatever problems you may have. The ability to generate very in depth reports is also a major plus. I also like the Signal because you can use it for training purposes with your team. It allows you to monitor what questions are being asked and what information is being given without listening to every single call.

Probably just a few minor limitations.. Like you have to go through several steps to set up certain things (i.e. campaigns, reports, etc.) to get maximum output. I know it will continue to improve, so I'm looking forward to a refresh in interface and in the tools that are available.
