What was the best part about using Invoca?

The program provision for Invoca is unexpected. A year in, and I still receive periodic calls from my initial sales rep, seeing how all is going. Even better, anytime I have a request for an adjustment to our program, or a custom solution, Invoca has been incredibly receptive and supportive. One more things about the Invoca the platform is innovative and user friendly. When I first started using Invoca it was easy for me to navigate through the platform and learn how to use the reporting and different tools. The platform gives the user full control and access to their phone system while delivering any kind of data the user needs to see. The best part of INVOCA is the customer service and the way they work to make sure the client gets all needs met.

What would you change about your experience with Invoca?

Sales support has been nothing short of spectacular but the platform support has been slow at times responding to emails and questions. Some of the reporting can get a bit confusing at times, as there are many different levels of reporting. Support for technical help can be a little slow at times. Is a bit pricier than other call tracking vendors.

Overall Feedback

The phone numbers that we use with Invoca are dynamic, so we can see from which web pages people reference the phone number and call. In this way, it also helps us streamline the user experience of our website, so our callers have more context before they call the store. Invoca has allowed us to seamlessly onboard new campaigns, new clients and new publishers/sources. This allows us to have accurate and timely billing for our clients and publishers alike.
