Quickbase is cloud-based software and work as data management tool. It is an online project management stage. The software is easy to use and implement for the work. The features provide the software help us to get the accurate reports of the work. The free trial version helped me to decide whether I would buy this tool or not. The inbuilt templates worked so well. The software is fast and customizes according to the need of the client. The purchasing price of this software is not even expensive for anyone. It is best suitable for the small type of organization.

The software is not user-friendly in some parts .While adding an image to the software it creates some complication over the software. It lacks the capability to connect with ODBC for the data external sources. There is no such feature like Vlookup. I think they should provide us notification system. The training part of the feature is somewhere is incomplete. It is great software which handles the customer information so effectively. But the ability to format and report brand is so limited which again create the problem for us. We can’t send the direct information to our client as we would always take help from 3rd party tool to communicate the information.

The low coding feature allows the users to create the various type of reports with numerous and different types of data. It is easy to understand and use. The filters option feature is also there for us but the problem we faced regarding its format. The software is flexible and customizes according to the need of the business. It is the best to fit for the small and middle type of organizations. I would recommend everyone just go and have a free trial of this software to check whether it will work for your business or not.
