What was the best part about dealing with Intersog?

Using Intersog's offshore resources in Ukraine, we were able to save around 40% of our dev budget and build more features than we could afford in-house. Also, their time to hire a team was really short. We had a full-fledged team that was up to speed within less than 2 months.

What would you change about your experience with Intersog?

Time zone difference. We knew it was going to be a challenge for us, but opted for offshoring anyway, so we were ready to tackle this issue. Sometimes we had issues in critical milestones where we wished we kept our dev team in our office or next door. But thanks to Intersog PMs and overall team dedication, it didn't affect the quality of our app at all. It only affected our timeframes a bit.
