What was the best part about using InterCall Unified Meeting?

InterCall has it’s biggest upside hidden in its’ easy user-friendly interface that functions within mere few clicks. Joining a call is also rather easy and in most occasions error-free. For a smaller group of people it can be tremendously useful as it’s click-to-share and click-to-collaborate functionalities are easy and comprehendible quickly.

What would you change about your experience with InterCall Unified Meeting?

For me, it’s a little under-developed. I guess they have put so much effort into simplifying, that they have overdone it with the lack in features. Also, I encountered how some people actually needed to take some time before getting around with the program, so if you are not an administrator, it could get potentially troubling. The pricing is also a bit high so even though it’s better for smaller teams, you have to consider your budget.

Overall Feedback

Overall, InterCall has its’ rather stable, neat interface working well, but for me, it was a little „empty“. With every video conferencing tool I’ve ever used, my comparison point is Skype so I always ask myself: „Does Skype have more than this?“. Well, with InterCall, they have no hope in standing up to my standards. It has its’ peek points but I suggest to take the time to get to know the software as you will then figure out if it can satisfy the needs for your team – in the end, it’s rather personal.
