What was the best part about using InterCall Unified Meeting?

Video boardroom integration and mobile app. Easy to join from anywhere in the world with options to add multiple video boardrooms and see your counter parts face-to-face. No matter what device you have it's all just a click/tap to be connected and productive. This is a full blown unified communication product suite for desktop (Mac and Windows) as well for mobile (Android and iOS).

What would you change about your experience with InterCall Unified Meeting?

Desktop sharing can be a bit pixilated while on the mobile app it works just fine. The response time from customer service must improve as it took ac couple of times more than 48h. I wish the product would also allow WebRTC as it currently requires installation of the desktop tool to use video and sharing functionality and then I am required to install updates to my computer.
