Intelligence Bank DAM is an outstanding digital asset management platform with a very reasonable pricing model. It's nice to have found them because in my research so far into similar software this one is by far the most cost effective. With pricing plans at nine bucks and nineteen bucks and that is simply outstanding. The nine buck per month, per user plan covers your essential features but has their branding intact within your account. The upgrade enables a lot more collaborative features in addition to the white labeling I believe, as well as advanced workflows and API access. For only ten bucks more it's certainly an obvious choice if you have a ton of content to manage. Chances are you're not doing this all on your own and this way your team has way more control and access though it can be delegated by the admin in terms of permissions and so on. And beyond this pricing 2GB of cloud storage is included and it you upgrade at 20GB for $20 per month and it scales upwards from there saving you more the more storage you have. You can fully brand your dashboard to match your business so this is a nice professional touch internally but when working with clients and agencies as well. This software is a dream come true for any company with a lot of stock media. The ability to organize your content and the details for each particular file are great. One of the most impressive features which differentiates it from others in my research is the ability to place orders using custom forms and the content available in your library which can be routed to the appropriate department for fulfillment. The reporting in your account is cool so you can see who logged into access which file at what time and so on. Helpful when you see patterns and can reach out to engage someone with this knowledge and offer value and support in another way perhaps. Though useful to know staff are doing their jobs too without having to have people sending spreadsheets with content logged, or not. This is a good way to measure productivity that is automated so that's sweet.

I understand there is not Android app available at the moment. That's going to be an issue for some teams who have team members with both devices although you can login to the account from device on a browser which should be fine. The permission could become a bit of a trick once you had a lot of roles, permissions together with advanced workflows. But they have support to help you with that. Other than that there is not much to dislike at all.

The pricing is as reasonable as you can expect it to be other than a freemium version which I have yet to find in a comprehensive digital asset management system such as this. You can use free cloud storage for this purpose such as Amazon S3, Box, Dropbox or HighTail but the organization of your files is limited to folders and sub-folders basically. With Intelligence Bank DAM you have a way to keep a massive amount of content extremely organized for a cost that is fair and you can take orders from your account. Overall, the time saved and human error prevented and the ability to sell from your account using an super simple UI is remarkable and the best I've seen in terms of value and features so far in my research into this market compared WebDAM and Widen Media Collective.
