Hard-working and very committed group of people wanting to make the best possible product and help customers solve problems. Great customer portfolio with Fortune 500 companies. Very open culture with everyone contributing to success. Excellent pay and plenty of independence. Remote working is supported and many employees are dispersed outside of Chicago. The Chicago office itself is a great location with a really nice atmosphere. The opportunity for growth is very real with all areas in growth mode.

Startup culture isn't for everyone. Long hours, lots of hats to wear in administrative roles. The market is a bit fragmented and saturated but at the same time it's still undefined. Selling cycles are long as most prospects are very large companies with unique and complex problems to solve. Working with a lot of remote coworkers can be tough sometimes if you’re not used to it. The internal systems/infrastructure is a bit of a work in progress but improving.

Integrify is a unique organization in the best way possible. They are established (12 years in business) but still have the energy of a startup. All ideas are welcome and anything that can enrich the product or help a customer is appreciated. The company is fanatically devoted to customers and service team members are exceptional. The company is growing based on referrals and inbound interest. It's a good situation to be in.
