Intacct

Intacct counts one of the cloud ERP software that is flexible and ready to go anyway. It helps the user by providing customer service, timely and efficient reports. While working with Intacct, I find it effective as it helps in growth and success of the business and organize the companies finances in a smarter and interactive way. It has a unique visibility of multi-dimensional to capture the business context of transactions, operational measures and budgets. It has a customised workflow with automated bank reconciliation and journal entries. The software itself is easy and adaptable by customers as they rectifying the errors with the various reviews.

Intacct made a great effort to be successful with the software, but every product has some pros and cons, as I feel a bit difficulty with the editing and deleting part of debit memos. Yes, sometimes the software become slow and didn’t satisfy the users as they did not receive quick responses. Also, the software takes a bulky staff to manage. The software has no automated option in spite of the manual deal. Other than these there is one more worst part is Custom Report Templates which is quite difficult.

Everything is quite well laid out with the ease of use. Intacct can address all sizes of the organization and can be used by financial & accounting department to review the company's financial reports. The plus point of the software is that it provide different methods of training which are suited to the users or they choose from their wish. It is safe and secure which may violate its security policies. Overall it is a user-friendly, helpful and useful process and gives u an information whenever u need it.
