What was the best part about using Intacct?

When I started work with Intacct, I stopped using other platforms like excel as it helps me enter all the needed information that I had and create flexible reports in order to reach my goal. It’s a user friendly software and allows you to manage many dimensions compared to other similar software.

What would you change about your experience with Intacct?

A main problem of Intacct is the difficulty of editing and deleting debit memos. I tried it a lot of times and I never had the wanted results. Also, it is almost impossible to make other changes, for example change an employee’s ID, so you waste time of thinking if I should do it or not.

Overall Feedback

Although Intaccts needs some improvements, it is a cloud based software in which you have easy access if you have internet connection and you can use it anytime through a web browser. It is easy to use regardless your company or industry because it can be easily customized. I recommend it for medium-sized companies.
