Intacct

The product is extremely user friendly. When I started using the product over a year ago, I wasn't given much training with my company and was forced to learn a lot on my own. Even now, there are so many resources to go to when any questions pop up. Digits are not easy to deal with but Intacct has made it easy up to some extent.

I am huge on quick keys and find that they aren't available in all aspects of the software. It would be great if this was spread throughout the entire product. We are currently in the process of implementing a global consolidation plan, which will help us greatly expand and grow to fit our internationally needs.

Intacct work great for the areas I am using every day - financials, g/l ledger reports, fixed assets, prepaid, recurring entries, etc. Reports can be duplicated and changed depending on the user. For my companies it’s so great. With the ability the bring together multiple entities so seamlessly, and the fact it is based in the cloud Intacct really is a serious choice to consider in the search for accounting and financially software for mid-size businesses.
