What was the best part about using Intacct?

To prepare financial reports are always very crucial and sometimes headache. Intacct minimize or I would say completely negate financial errors in report generation. Graphs, Dashboard and charts are very clean and easily readable, easy to pin point important information. Digits are not easy to deal with but Intacct has made it easy up to some extent.

What would you change about your experience with Intacct?

Only two things I didnt like were - Intacct support team may be due to technical glitch or some other reason, I didn't receive quick response. Another thing is its custom report templates; custom template generation are quite difficult. These can be improve. Other than that it is nice product to deal with.

Overall Feedback

You would like to work because of the very clean and simple User interface and dashboard. Different views and filters are availabel which makes your work faster and hassel free. Safe and secure system to use. It invalidate and block certain actions which may violate its security polices. Iwould not say that it is cheaper software but yes it is not too expensive.
