Intacct

Intacct is one of the most comprehensive accounting software that any business or organization can install easily and without much assistance. It also has an excellent user interface that assists a novice with on-board navigation and offer users a friendly web site when compared with its rivals. The API of this software allows interactivity with associated tools and are ready to communicate with the ERP. Intacct is working frequently on new features to automate and enhance the experience a user can derive from it.

One of the issues I had using this program is with the customer support team. It takes more than 24 hours to respond to a ticket submitted for solution. This makes the use of this tool a bit awkward. It is difficult to use this tool especially if you do not have pre-knowledge of similar software such as Quick Book.

Intact affords a lot of transparency and quite suitable for even auditors who can have full access to any financial processes. Additionally, it allows the user to provide customized dashboards for every department managers to see their individual performance on a timely basis.
