I love that each morning I receive an email with my previous day progress. The calls I made, the amount of time I spent on the phone, my cash in if I made a placement, as well as how many send outs I had. Getting the weekly update of all my activity. I can also see the whole office's progress for the week and compare against my progress. InsighSquared proprietary data monitoring engine identifies and alerts me to common data entry errors, and I really like the nightly status emails.

The only issue that I have is that it takes several hours for the information to appear on my dashboard this delay for the forecast is annoying sometimes and also it would be nice to be able to use the live screen mode outside of Salesforce, and at the time certain filters have to be done by contacting InsightSquared support

Overall InsightSquared is a powerful sales tool that can support the sales team take data driven decisions. The tool is great in helping the sales team manage and track their sales pipeline and create forecasts to anticipate future sales performance. The sales team has become more engaged and I have seen significant improvement with performance over the years.
