InsightSquared

We have been partners with InsightSquared now for several months. The integration was seamless and the support offered is unparalleled. Our relationship manager is very responsive and willing to help/train at the drop of a hat. The sales team has become very dependent on InsightSquared to manage their funnels and get a better picture of what's coming down the road. Our sales manager loves the analytics available and he is better able to manage from a higher level and get our team to goal! Our board of directors also benefit with the analytics they receive and are able to better make decisions based off the information.

Filtering can be a little confusing given the number of options InsightSquared gives me. Not the worst problem to have but it would be nice if it was just a bit easier to navigate. It would be helpful to maybe have a quick blurb about what each tab does and what kind of information you can extrapolate.

The biggest thing to be aware of is that InsightSquared will almost overnight uncover your bad data and broken processes. That means you'll need to spend time and perhaps some money fixing it. Granted you should be doing that anyway but sometimes people prefer to pretend the mess isn't there if they can't see it.
