InsightSquared gives us amazing insight into our sales pipeline and team. We have no single favorite report or feature- what we like best is it gives our sales and marketing leaders instant access to reporting that pinpoints where any individual is not succeeding so we can coach and train him/her on those specific weaknesses.

Sometimes it takes more than 5 clicks to get to the screen that I want. I would enjoy the ability to lock a certain screen in as my preferred view and change them when I need more information. Lack of flexibility on some of the reporting is probably the only negative that I can think of. Would love to look at our revenue reports by product family & the filters are there, but can't compare across product families on a single chart.

The biggest thing to be aware of is that InsightSquared will almost overnight uncover your bad data and broken processes. That means you'll need to spend time and perhaps some money fixing it. Granted you should be doing that anyway but sometimes people prefer to pretend the mess isn't there if they can't see it.
