What was the best part about using InsideView for Sales?

If your business needs the sales representatives to have almost real time feed on business intelligence and social media - then InsideView for Sales software is for you. Using this software, the sales representatives will be better able to gain insights of the customers and contacts. I absolutely like the sync feature as it is very easy to integrate with Salesforce. This software also helps businesses in evaluating trends of the customers and also in doing an exhaustive research of the contacts.

What would you change about your experience with InsideView for Sales?

The flip side of using InsideView for Sales can be some times be unrealistic metrics and lack of email accuracy. Also quite a few times the advanced search features are prone to error. I think the areas of improvements can be on the ease of use and navigation features. Also sometimes the contact details are not updated as they should be and this can cause slippage of time. If they can improve upon the documentation part as well - that would be great!

If you were to ask a question whether InsideView for Sales software is more suited for large companies or medium to small sized ventures - and if your answer was 'large companies' = you have really understood this software tool better.
