InsideSales provides sales accelerating methods that are not really well. I personally think of them as bad and outdated, but at least they give their best to try and satisfy each user. One of the most astonishing features they have on offer is being able to dial out to prospects and having the caller ID on their end display a local area code. I liked that feature the most!

The interface itself doesn't look pretty at all. They allow you to customize the color of your tabs which only makes things look worse. From the very beginning I was rather skeptical about it, because the so called implementation expert needed FIVE WEEKS to teach us about all the features of this company using an hour-long phone call each week. Even after that period, I found it difficult to navigate the program. I think I share an opinion or two when I say that it's just not worth the money. The tools you receive from this company is only useful if your desire is to improve the way you do things, and not if you wish to get those problems fixed.

I think of InsideSales as an average company that has so much room for improvement, and based on the numerous reviews similar to mine, their developers just have to work hard to get better, because there are so many other service providers that are way beyond this company's range in terms of innovative solutions.
