I love how easy it is to add custom fields to page layouts, to run reports on the progress of my sales reps and the power dialer feature is really powerful and customizable. Their support is very good too. Anytime I had a question about anything or wanted a report built, the account managers there were eager to help and very responsive.

After learning more about the system, the customization I thought were confusing at first turned into great things. It is a hit and miss. Some features work great, some others may/may not.
