Inmotion Hosting

Everything worked as advertised, I had no issues with the hosting of my web site. The only contact I had with customer support was when I changed my primary domain , and then changed it back! (Not something you want to do everyday.) Customer Support was very supportive and responsive. I appreciated that.

I have had no bad experiences with inmotion. My experience with Inmotion has been that they were basically unobtrusive to my hosting project. Account Management Panel and C-Panel were both complete and intuitive and caused no extra work figuring them out. Frankly, the worst part was paying the bill! Their fee, which is due in total for the hosting term, is sometimes inconvenient to come up with all at once(especially a 2 year plan) for small web sites owners. To be fair, Inmotion is competitive with other full service and professional hosting providers.

I gave it 5 stars for the lack of problems I had in 2 years, and the support I received the one time I really needed it. There's no stress like the stress of a down web site and you can't get it up again without some help. Support is the important variable in hosting providers and Inmotion is clearly at the top.
