I like the fact that it is already proven in many diverse industries such as: pharmaceutical, food and beverage, retail, financial, entertainment, fashion, etc. It’s training and support is top notch; often responding to queries via email in less than 24 hours.

The proofreader/editor in me could not keep from getting distracted by Infor SunSystems exclusive use of European English grammar and spelling (i.e., centralisation, specialised, centre, organisational, etc.). I also did not like the requirement to provide my name and email just to watch their product overview. What was that for?
