Infor CRM

The system is quite easy to learn how to use and have a wide variety with different functions. There are many features built into the system. You can create complex datagroups very easy and without having any programming knowledge. By that way you can create useful dashboards, which your salespeople can use in there work. I have tried many of the other programs out there, but i haven`t seen any of the others with so advanced options to make datagroups.

Infor CRM operates a bit slow, but i could also be my solution that doesn`t meet the needed requirements. Infor doesn't allow sharing information with non-crm users which is a shame, not everybody is using a CRM system. Hopefully this will change, I cannot imagine to be the only one with this point of view.

Compared to Salesforce, Infor is much quicker to implement and the user interface is as good as anything out there. It doesn`t requires anymore resources than other CRM systems. I had some problems with my pc, but most businesses will run the system on modern servers and won`t have those issues. Very flexible in customizing and a very friendly and helpful customerservice.
