What was the best part about using InfoFlo?

InfoFlo is a customer relationship management software which is unique in that you can purchase a lifetime license with free lifetime updates for under one hundred bucks which is really good value. The email integration is very good you can add your Gmail, Outlook or even Yahoo account to this CRM which is a first in my research among this type of software. I also like the phone and map integrations which enable you to have the geographic data required and make contact directly from your software which is great. The business card scanning is another useful feature which would save a lot of time. I've had the duty of adding this information manually to a spreadsheet for a couple of sales jobs in the past and it can be a hassle. You're dashboard is very well setup if a bit old school in it's design. The dashboard tab gives you a good overall view of your account activity at a glance. There's a lot of additional functionality but the rest of the menus don't clutter up the available space. It's very intuitive and easy to use and get started right away. There's a nice amount of customization possible as well. You can create custom dashboards easily and tweak the settings to suit your needs. The email marketing component is solid as well with an editor built in as well as I like the Skype integration that is possible. I use Skype a lot for business and in a variety of way including instant messaging, video conferencing and inbound sales phone calls so it's a really valuable integration that's somewhat surprisingly lacking in a lot of popular customer relationship managements softwares as a service. I've not contacted the company about my Gmail issue yet as it's not currently business hours but I've read their support is terrific.

What would you change about your experience with InfoFlo?

To be honest it's not able to verify my Gmail account which is the first I've done since installing the software. I've confirmed my username and password are correct so that's frustrating to experience right off the bat. If you're used to another customer relationship management software there will be a bit of a learning curve in order to utilize InfoFlo to it's full potential. None of the features are massively complicated or anything like that but there's just a lot going on and it takes time for you to get your head around how it all works in this particular software system. The software itself in terms of design is quite old. This style of software was common in the early 2000's I believe and could use an overhaul but it's a cosmetic issue that doesn't overly affect your workflow in a negative way. Another small feature I like in a CRM is drag and drop technology especially in the stages area of your pipeline which is more efficient use of your time and in any software generally feels more productive using less clicks. I've read that the account may not populate correctly when you add data from your iPhone. So it would be nice to see a natively integrated app which works as well as the software.

Overall Feedback

I like the fact that's it's a one time purchase certainly. That's a rare thing in the industry to see and makes it a very viable fully functional option for smaller business as well as mid-size businesses. You're limited scale up your data based on the amount of storage you have on your server if you choose the downloaded software installation locally or you can have you install in the cloud so to have increased access on mobile devices. The add-ons you can purchase such as Quickbooks integration or call recording are $69 per user, for life as well so that's great overall value. It's really easy software to use and contains all of the control you want to bring your product or service to market while keeping your sales pipeline moving forward in the most optimal, organized way while utilizing email marketing and phone capabilities to reach out.
