Thanks for your questions. InBoundio is about to relaunch after new ownership and many improvements. As standard we offer access to a full user guide and a helpdesk to provide support. For our PRO users we will be offering an onboarding service which includes configuration, support and training . In future we intend to offer more hands on help and training for lower level plans but this will not initially be available.
